Membership is restricted to men, but partners are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings and join in the many varied activities the club puts on.

Our guest speaker for April will be a Police Officer from PolAir - the NSW Police Force Aviation Command that provides aerial support to police across New South Wales, based at Bankstown Airport. The Officer's name will be advised subject to operational needs.
The Polair talk is titled, “POLAIR WORK & INSIGHTS”.
Polair's strategy is to serve from above, statewide, as a force multiplier, adding value at any incident that impacts on officer or public safety. Its duties include:
- Search and rescue (including missing children, the elderly and lost bushwalkers)
- Patrol support (searching for offenders)
- High visibility operations for special events (e.g. New Year's Eve, Mardi Gras, City to
surf, Vivid, etc.)
- Reconnaissance tasks
- Counter terrorism operations
- Transport of dignitaries and specialised police
- Displays / demonstrations and charity events
- Maintenance and servicing of police aircraft.
The command utilises state of the art specialised technology such as rescue winches, Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR), high definition video camera system, PA system, beam searchlights, downlinking of live video, digital radio systems and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) navigation systems.
Its current fleet consists of five helicopters and three fixed wing aircraft. The command also maintain the fleet of NSW Police Force's Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA).

Our guest speaker for March will be Gabrielle Macaulay. Her talk is titled, “FIRST RESPONDER IN UKRAINE, TURKEY AND THE USA”.
Gabi trained as a registered nurse over 35 years ago and has had extensive experience in ICU, CCU, surgical, medical and Emergency Ward environments.
She went on to train as a midwife and then further her studies with a Masters of Ministry, plus teaches nursing students of all levels specialising in critical care clinical skills.
More recently Gabi has served in Papua New Guinea on medical ships, teaching health care workers in a range of fields while delivering primary health care to remote villagers, and worked as a first responder in several international disasters over the last few years.
From her local training here in Northern Sydney she has worked, served, taught and learnt in many different countries.
Gabi is comfortable teaching in highly technical intensive nursing roles here in Australia and overseas.
More recently Gabi has served in The Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian, the Turkey earthquakes and in The Ukraine frontline within days of war breaking there.
Gabi is keen to share her experiences and hear from others as well.
